Jen’s new post on the RLF Consultant Fellows site is about an issue close to my heart – planning.
Every year it’s one of the key subjects I cover in my writing-development workshops at Sussex University. Like Jen, I always discover that many students start writing without having planned what to say. Although I’m not such a careful planner as Jen is, I do believe it’s essential to create a solid structure before you start writing.
